We had a lovely day baking shortbread biscuits with Ms. Clancy for Valentine's Day. First, we made our dough and then after it had chilled, we all got to roll it out. Then we cut out out our own love heart cookie shape. Teacher put them in the oven and once they were baked and had cooled down we had great fun decorating with icing sugar and sprinkles. Finally, we got to eat them. They were delicious!
